There are more than 68,000 residents in the area but only one driven and committed woman is taking that bold step to change the way things go in her community- Patroller ng Pagbabago Doctor Dolores.
Not only is she a dedicated doctor in the community, she is also a mother to the members of Batang Laging Umiiwas sa Tiyak na Impeksyon or BALUTI, a youth-oriented group promoting youth welfare in their area.
Dolores and BALUTI have no other dream but to correct the ways of these young minds. But Dolores can only do so much given her resources and even BALUTI is facing problems of being shut down due to lack of funds.

I watched this new show of ABS-CBN and what I can say this will be another hit and a must see for everybody, it is really good to reach out those who really needs some help..another bright idea of the network I can say..
