The highly-anticipated special episode of America’s Next Top Model: British Invasion featuring Top Filipino designer Francis Libiran aired last night in the Philippines at ETC channel.

To celebrate this global achievement of Francis Libiran, a preview party was held at 7th High club to watch the “Hello Kitty” episode where he created the Hello Kitty Couture for the remaining top 6 Cycle 18 models.

The event was well attended by the press, selected bloggers including Orange Magazine TV, The Rod Magaru Show and Mommy Writes, and of course, Francis Libiran’s close family and friends including the people he worked with in the showbiz and fashion industry. Spotted supporting Francis Libiran were Miss World 1st Princess Gwendoline Ruais, the Princess & I casts Khalil Ramos, Daniel Padilla and Katherine Bernardo; Youtube sensation and now Kapuso talent Mikey Bustos; photographer Ash Reginald Evasco; fashion director Robbie Carmona; and Fil-American producer Michael Carandang of ANTM.

ANTM: British Invasion Episode 8 has actually been aired already in the US last April 25 where the said episode also shown Francis Libiran’s work featuring Filipina actress Anne Curtis. You can watch the behind-the-scene photoshoot video they did in preparation for the said episode here. Too bad, Anne Curtis wasn’t at the party to witness all the cheers from the guests when her photos showed up in the said episode.
